In order for us to make proper accommodations for all guests, we need to know
who is planning on attending. Please let us know if you plan on attending by filling
out this R.S.V.P. form.
If you need to pay by credit card, we will accommodate or bill your company.
Attendance fee for the meeting is $25.00 per attendee, payable to TAC. Fees
include meeting room charge, dinner or buffet and other expenses, excluding cash bar.
Unfortunately, if you R.S.V.P. and do not attend, TAC will still have to bill you. TAC
makes commitments for room and dinners, and depends on your attendance.
